In AstroNumero webshop you can enjoy secure shopping 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
The use of AstroNumero webshop is free.
You can make purchases both as a registered user and as a guest without registered user account. For regular shopping we recommend that you register your user account. Your shopping will be much simpler, plus you will enjoy many other advantages: permanent shopping cart, personal address book and access to your order history and invoices. You will also be able to make ratings and share your opinions on our products with other visitors.

The prices in our webshop are final. They do not contain VAT, because we are exempt from VAT (VAT is not calculated according to paragraph 94 of Slovenian ZDDV-1 Law).

TRACKING YOUR ORDER STATUS

When you place an order you will receive three subsequent e-mails with current status of your order: "Pending", "Preparing" and "Sent".
Registered users can also track the status of all their orders' status in "Order History". For access to your Order History click "My Account" (upper right) and under "My Orders" click "Order History".

CANCELLING YOUR ORDER

You can cancel your order as long as you haven't received an e-mail with order status "Sent". Write to info@astronumero.si or to our Contact Form and tell us that you wish to cancel your order.
